Federal and State Government Partners ALC helps connect public natural resource agencies with on-the-ground land acquisition opportunities. We often hold options or title to land until a public agency is able to acquire the property interest.

Local Stakeholders ALC's work is guided by a strong respect for the private landowners we work with and the local communities in which we operate.

Non-Governmental Organizations ALC serves as a resource for conservation real estate transactions for partners ranging from local land trusts to national membership organizations.

Native Communities and Corporations ALC partners with native communities and corporations to help them conserve and manage their natural resources.
